Judging by the reception to the release of our collaboration beer the other week, Berlin is hot for sours right now. We are keeping things tangy this Friday. Come celebrate (or discover) an almost forgotten style of beer from our Saxon neighbours, namely the Gose.

These a perfect beers for the summer - light bodied, a little tart, with a lip-smacking umami aftertaste. If people drank more Gose the world would undoubtedly be a better place!
