The wild fermenting geeks gather again! And Oedipus is very excited to be hosting the opening and closing party of Carnivale Brettanomyces #6!

There will be lectures, presentations and workshops at various beer locations around the city. Keep an eye on Carnivale Brettanomyces for the full program.

At Oedipus we have a lot of activities on Thursday and Sunday! We’re opened all weekend as well during normal opening hours, with special brews by us and our guests. See our full schedule below.

Free entry to all activities.

Thursday 22 June (Opening):

15:00 - Bar open, we’ve got some funky stuff on tap!
17:00 - The Beef Chief Food truck joins us with wild fermented inspired food and burgers
18:00 until the end – Milk The Funk Bottle Swap
19.30 - Oersoep launches 6 new beers and blends!
20.00 - Tasting of Black Project Spontaneous & Wild Ales
21:00 - Official Carnivale Brettanomyces opening talk with Dave Logsdon (Logsdon Farmhouse Ales, LLC.) and Jeffrey Stuffings (Jester King Brewery)

Friday and Saturday:

A variety of exclusive Oedipus blends and wild guest beers are on tap all weekend. Food will be served by The Beef Chief.

Sunday 25 June (Mega brew, brunch, closing day):

13:00 – Mega brew with all brewers of the CB Festival. Bring your own bottles and yeast drags and let’s blend!
14:00 – Exclusive Wild Beer Brunch with Kent Falls Brewing and De Vrouw met de Baard Deli. 4 courses and 6 rare beers for only € 50 The first and only time in the Netherlands. Please RSVP because there are limited spots available – rsvp@oedipus.com
16:00 - Goose Island Sour Sisters tasting
16:30 - Black Magic Wild Wine tasting with Clavelin

Music by DJ Cloudwater and DJ Super Geuze
Food served by De Vrouw met de Baard Deli
