Gulpener brouwt en blend al jaren de Meestrechts Aajt. Een mooi laag alcoholisch bier met als basis het zure bier uit hun foeders. Speciaal voor deze editie van het Carnivale Brettanomyces heeft gulpener ons het ongeblende foederbier gegeven.
Wij hebben op onze beurt 5 brouwers uitgedaagd om van dat foederbier hun eigen blend te maken.

Maximus
Nevel
Butchers Tears
Vandestreek

Naast de Meestrechts Aajt op tap zetten allemaal tegelijk op tap zetten. Samen met de brouwers kan je ze allemaal proeven in 15cl glazen.

Aansluitend van dit evenement hebben we een boot gehuurd die ons na een rondvaart door de grachten af zet bij het openingsfeest van Oedipus Brewing. Kaarten voor de boottocht (€15 voor 1,5 uur) zijn los verkrijgbaar op www.Wildegist.nl

Gulpener brewed and blended the Meestrechts Aajt for years. A nice low alcoholic beer based on the acidic beer from their Foeders. Especially for this edition of the Carnivale Brettanomyces, Gulpener has given us the unblended foeder beer. In turn, we challenged 5 brewers to make their own blend of that foeder beer. We will be the Blends of:
Ramses
Maximus
Nevel
Butchers Tears
Vandestreek

In addition to the Meestrechts Aajt, they all put on tap at the same time. Together with the brewers you can taste them all in 15cl glasses. Following this event we hired a boat that will take us off the canal after a cruise through the opening party of Oedipus Brewing.
