You’ll explore beer in a new light at this guided Beer Pairing event from The Science of Beer Institute at Berlin Beer Academy. Your Beer Sommelier will walk you through a guided pairing of 5 exciting craft beers and 5 mouth-watering Brazilian dishes prepared by Brazilian chef, Josie Franke.

The focus will be on finding the harmony between food and beer, sometimes between simple flavors, and sometimes between flavors that are both rich and complex.

The night promises to be colorful, as the menu is inspired by the legendary Brazilian singer, and queen of the Chica Chica Boom Chic, Carmen Miranda.
