This week's New Brew Thursday features a German brewery from Ausburg, Bavaria who are making steady progress in the pursuit of brewing craft beer that can stand up alongside the international players.
The interest in American style IPA´s, in particular, those of the New England variety has not gone unnoticed by local brewers yet very few have been able to craft anything close to the legendary juice bombs from across the seas.
The latest brews by Matthias Gruber and Enzo Frauenschuh from FrauGruber Craft Brewing may well be one of the closest yet.

IPA´s are not the only style the lads are focusing on with some traditional keller beers, Bavarian Pale Ales, and the magnificent Nectar of Gods Double IPA also swelling their ranks. It´s indeed very exciting to see the spike in quality this year that is coming through the brewing industry in Germany with new breweries like this one.

We do like their hazy handwork though very much and we will feature on Thursday their new Thirsty Demons Double dry hopped with El Dorado, Citra and Galaxy NEIPA & a special Session NEIPA Canned Heat Dry Hopped with Amarillo, Centennial & Citra.
