We are delighted to host a triple release of three very special Schneeeule Berlin blends created in collaborations with h.ertie, Himburgs Braukunstkeller and Braukunst Gebr. Wiestner!
Schneeeule makes original Berliner Weisse in Berlin, brewed according to the historical methods and bottle-fermented with Brett.

We will have bottles of:

• Weisse Geuze - h.ertie × Schneeeule Berlin, 4.5%
A blend of three lambics from De Troch, Girardin, and Lindemans with Schneeeule Yasmin (a Berliner Weisse brewed with jasmine blossoms). Small batch blend limited to 200 bottles, blended by h.ertie.

• Brettamarsi - Schneeeule × Himburgs Braukunstkeller, 6.0%
Cuvee of Himburgs Braukunstkeller Amarsi with a special batch of Schneeeule Yasmin, aged for 7 months on wood from bourbon barrels.

• Bretty Lup - Schneeeule × Braukunst Gebr. Wiestner, 6.0%
Cuvee of Gebr. Wiestner Lucky Lup with a special batch of Schneeeule sour, aged for 6 months in a white wine barrel.
