Der Chefbraumeister von Brooklyn Brewery, James Beard Award Gewinner und Autor des Buches "The Brewmaster's Table" wird zusammen mit unserem Chefkoch Ben Pommer einen exklusiven Beer & Food Abend gestalten.
Garrett hat eine bunte Mischung an Brooklyn Brewery Klassikern, Seasonals und seltenen "Ghost Bottles" dabei. Chef Ben wird dazu eine kleine Sneak Preview auf unser BRWHOUSE Herbstmenü geben.

While we try to keep cool about a lot of things, we’re not even going to attempt not to hide our excitement about THE Garrett Oliver – head brewmaster at Brooklyn Brewery, James Beard Award-winner and author of the acclaimed book The Brewmaster’s Table – coming to BRWHOUSE to join Chef Ben Pommer for a night of exclusive beer and food pairing.

Garrett will be bringing a mix of Brooklyn Brewery classics, along with some seasonals and rare “ghost bottles”, and Chef Ben will be giving a sneak peek into our autumn menu – the likes of which include pumpkin, Jerusalem artichokes, and salsify, to name a few.

Brooklyn Brewery – a staple in the craft beer community – has been around since 1988 and we can honestly credit them with teaching us – the craft beer community around the world – about quality, diversity, and sustainability.

This is an evening for both foodies and beer geeks alike, and one that rarely comes along. We hope to see you there.
