The theme is cruelty-free affordable creative dining. It should be educational somewhat as the influences combine Indian, Pan-Asian, Caribbean and Pan-European flavours and techniques alike and the aim is to bring something new to the table, as it were. With purchase of a seat, guests will also be given the recipes for all of the food served.
Vegan food should be seen as a blank canvas; an opportunity to discard culinary baggage!

The first event will be 15th November at KADZ Craft Beer Bar.

It costs 14e per head so it won't break the bank but I need you to honour the reservation or cancel/ amend at least 48h in advance. I will not make it a ticketed event as I would rather not add extra costs for y'all.

This is what we will put on your plate on the night:

Bhaji coated roast potatoes
Mango-habanero salsa
Ginger-soy broccoli & madras roast cauliflower
Tomato-turmeric-coconut gravy
Panch pooran-coriander & cashew rice

We may play about with the garnish, etc. so we reserve the right to improve! Come hungry...

If it goes well, it will be a monthly occasion. Trust me, we have a lot of sexy cruelty-free food knowledge to share.
