On Feb 1, International Gruit Day, we're releasing WEDER, our very first wild ale with gruit!

Weder was brewed with myrica gale, yarrow and mugwort that we foraged in Nijmegen. It was fermented with kveik, a type of wild yeast that originates from Norway. Herbal, floral, fruity, full-bodied and tart, this is a beer that will charm and challenge you.

We're also releasing ERVE #2, a crisp and mildly bitter saison that was dryhopped with cascade. Citrus, biscuit and black pepper are key notes.

To spice things up, we're offering gruit beers from Jopen Beer, Brauerei Kemker and Butcher’s Tears as well. We're selling bottles from the fridge and flights with tasting glasses so you can sample different gruits.
