Für die Berlin Beer Week hat Two Fellas einem Zusammenarbeit mit LaBieratorium in Cottbus gemacht: Patersbier mit Holunderblüten.

Patersbier war das Tafelbier der Trappisten. Alkoholarm aber gefüllt mit den typischen Geschmack und Aromen die man beim belgischen Bier erwartet, hat die Mönchen dieses "Enkel" (Grundrezept) genossen als sie ihre tägliche Arbeit gemacht haben. Leicht und süffig, ist unsere Version auch mit Holunderblüten gebraut, für einen subtilen, blumigen Geschmack.

Und an dem Tag komm mit Hunger! Humble Pie Berlin macht Bier-Pie Pairings und verkauft sein geiles Southern Food in der Bar.

For the Berlin Beer Week Two Fellas and LaBieratorium in Cottbus have collaborated on a new beer: a Patersbier with Elderflower.

Patersbier was the table beer of the Trappists. Low in alcohol but full of the typical flavor and aroma of Belgian beer, the monks enjoyed this "Enkel" ( basic recipe) as they went about with their daily chores. Light and drinkable, our version uses Elderflower to add a subtle, floral taste.

And come hungry! Humble Pie will doing Beer-Pie Pairings as well as dishing out their great Southern cooking in the bar.
