This time it´s not that mutch about bretts, but mainly about bacteria & it’s intriguing beautifull flor.nnWe are very pleased to welcome Jérôme Rebetez from BFM - Bière des Franches-Montagnes The brewery obtained a legendary status with it’s signature beer "L'abbaye de Saint Bon-Chien", an interpretation of the belgian "Oud Bruin" style.
