*** Berliner Berg Bergschloss Series x Oyster Klub ***

Bergschloss, the official Berliner Berg Taproom in Neukölln and OK Oysters decided to team up for a night of fresh, organic Oysters and delicious sour & special beers from the Berliner Berg microbrewery.

OK Oysters come from the Atlantic coast and are farmed by a family-owned and operated business. They are not triploïd (non-GMO) and grown naturally out at sea and growned in fine de claire in Marenness-d'Oléron. Oysters will be served with Albatross bread, french butter and a shallots vinaigrette.

Every bottle of Berliner Berg stands for traditional brewing culture inspired by the spirit of Berlin. Founded in the capital, Berliner Berg has been brewing extremely drinkable sour- and speciality beers in their Neukölln microbrewery in Kopfstrasse for over a year now. With the Bergschloss Series, brewer Cristal presents an elborate demonstration of what sour beers can be! This series, bottled in 0,75l Champagne bottles, offers a rare mix of different sour beer styles. Further, the Bergschloss Series showcases the art of matching beers with complex barrels to achieve higher clomplexity in the barrel-aged series.
