It's finally time to release the Dirty Bird!

A few weeks ago, we stopped by to visit our good friends over at The Bird Barbecue to pick up some good wood. The best wood to be exact.

We took some of the oak The Bird Barbecue uses after it spent time in their smoker, and then threw it in our fermenter, full of Rye Stout. The result? Well, we like to call this smokey beer the "Dirty Bird".

Join us the evening of Wednesday April 10th at The Bird Barbecue in Prenzlauer Berg for a night of all things "Dirty Bird". The smoked Oak Rye Stout will be fresh on tap, served alongside delicious barbecued meats and specials, made using the "Dirty Bird". A perfect match made in smoke.
