A few weeks ago, we stopped by to visit our good friends over at The Bird Barbecue to pick up some good wood. The best wood to be exact.
We took some of the oak The Bird Barbecue uses after it spent time in their smoker, and then threw it in our fermenter, full of Rye Stout. The result? Well, we like to call this smokey beer the "Dirty Bird".
