Ein Bier, das uns immer noch mit ganz stolzgeschwellter Brust durch die Gegend laufen lässt, ist unser Fass-gereiftes Domesticated Wild Ale (https://www.facebook.com/965718120113614/posts/2332558230096256).

Um den Frühling zu feiern, sind wir also zurück in den Braukeller gegangen und haben es mit saisonalen Früchten in vier Variation nochmal vergoren. Vergnügt und hoch erfreut präsentieren wir euch jetzt vier neue Sauerbiere: Mirabelle, Mispel, Aprikose & Plattpfirsich!

Pro Bier gibt’s ‘ne Probieroption, sodass man alle mal kosten kann. Die Menge jeder Biervariation ist sehr begrenzt. Kommt also am besten früh vorbei.

One of our proudest achievements is our barrel-aged Domesticated Wild Ale (https://www.facebook.com/965718120113614/posts/2332558230096256).

In honour of the springtime, we went back to our cellar and refermented it with seasonal fruits into four new variations.

For one special evening we present our mirabelle plum, medlar, apricot and doughnut peach sour brews!

We will be offering tasting trays so you will get a chance to sample all the beers. We have a very limited supply of each type of beer. So please come early to not miss out!
