Big Sur und Straßenbräu kommen diesen Monat im Doppelpack und bringen euch eine Reihe von Pop-Up Events, die Gastronomie und Kultur umfassen.

Los trómpiras entstand als Resultat einer von drei Freunden geteilten großen Liebe für die Mexikanische Küche - zwei Mexikaner und ein Peruaner, alle aus der Gastronomie.

Die “Tacos al Pastor” haben in der Mexikanischen Küche einen ikonischen Status. Sie werden von uns authentisch in einem “trompo” gegrillt, einem vertikalen Grill der den Tacos einen einzigartigen Geschmack verleiht und nur selten außerhalb von Mexiko anzutreffen ist - bis heute!

Menü:

Tacos al Pastor: Tacos mit Schweinefleisch mariniert in Annatto und Chili, traditionell im Trompo geröstet. Dazu gibt’s Mais Tortillas aus Berlin, mit Zwiebeln, Koriander, scharfer Ananassoße und Zitrone.

Es gibt auch eine vegetarische Version mit Pilzen.

Grigas: Zwei Weizentortillas, zusammengesteckt und dann gefüllt mit Käse, Fleisch, Zwiebeln, Koriander, scharfer Ananassoße und Zitrone.

Auch hiervon gibt es eine vegetarische Version.

Quecas (kekas): Zwei Mais Tortillas oder ein Weizentortilla gefüllt mit geschmolzenem Käse, sowie Zwiebeln, Koriander, scharfer Ananassoße und Zitrone.

Getränke:

Natürlich werden wir eine Auswahl an Straßenbräu Bieren am Hahn haben. Außerdem Wien, Spirituosen und Soft Drinks.

Big Sur and Straßenbräu are partnering up this month to bring you a series of pop-up events covering gastronomy and culture.
Los trómpiras arose as a result of a great love for the Mexican cuisine shared by three friends - two Mexicans and one Peruvian, all from the gastronomy.

The "Tacos al Pastor" has an iconic status in Mexican cuisine. They are authentically grilled by us in a "trompo", a vertical grill that gives the tacos a unique flavor and is rarely found outside of Mexico - until today!

Menu:

Tacos al Pastor: Tacos with pork marinated in annatto and chili, traditionally roasted in trompo. In addition, there are corn tortillas from Berlin, with onions, coriander, spicy pineapple sauce, and lemon.

There is also a vegetarian version with mushrooms.

Grigas: Two wheat tortillas, put together and then stuffed with cheese, meat, onions, cilantro, spicy pineapple sauce, and lemon.

Again, there is a vegetarian version.

Quecas (kekas): Two corn tortillas or a wheat tortilla stuffed with melted cheese, onions, cilantro, spicy pineapple sauce, and lemon.

Drinks Menu:

There will be a range of Straßenbräu beers (all of which are vegan) on draft along with homemade lemonade from Smokey Greens. We will also be offering wine, spirits and soft drinks throughout the evening.
