Die Reise durch die typischen Geschmäcke Italiens geht bei Birra weiter. Am Donnerstag 2. Mai ist Parmigiana di melanzane von LuisaKocht Feinkostladen wieder die Protagonistin! Parmigiana ist ein Auflauf, bei dem Gemüse (am häufigsten und in diesem Fall mit Auberginen) mit Mozzarella, Parmesan-Käse und Tomatensauce schichtweise in einer Form im Ofen gegart wird.
Unsere Parmigiana wird im Brot serviert und kostet 5 Euro.

Birra keeps on to let you discover the best flavours of the Italian traditions. Next Thursday May the 2nd you will find Parmigiana di melanzane by LuisaKocht Feinkostladen. Parmigiana is made with deep-fried sliced eggplants, layered with buffalo mozzarella, parmesan cheese and tomato sauce, then baked. For the occasion the portion of Parmigiana will be served in a sandwich. Every sandwich will cost 5 € and then you can choose your favourite beer from the tap list.

Il giovedì sera da Birra continua a riservare sorprese offrendo ottimi piatti della tradizione italiana. Questa volta, ovvero giovedì prossimo 2 Maggio, tocca alla parmigiana di melanzane di LuisaKocht Feinkostladen Per l’occasione sarà servita nel panino ed ovviamente accompagnata da birra solo di qualità. Ogni panino costerà di 5 euro, a cui poi potrete aggiungere la birra che preferite.
