- Sour Beer Spritz with Berliner Berg Sour Beer, Aperol and plenty of grapefruit wedges
- Pimms with all the fruits
- Geist Bloody Mary Pitchers
- Mimosa pitchers, too of course
add an Organic Fin de Claire Oyster or two

To Eat

- English fry up with 2 fried eggs, Maple caramelised bacon, Sausage Man Sausage and Black Pudding, Thyme Sautéed Mushrooms, Potatoes sautéed in Bacon Fat, Heinz Baked Beans.
- Huevos Rancheros: 2 Fried Eggs on Tortillas in Chipotle Black Beans, Guacamole, Tomato Salsa, Lime Sour Cream and Pink Pickled Onions.
- Salmon, Avocado and Scrambled Eggs on Wholegrain Toast
- Pancakes with Dulce de Leche, Fresh Fruits and Bourbon Maple Syrup
- Chicken and Waffles with Toasted Chilli Maple
