Summer came over fast and hot, that’s the why we decided to have an aperitivo with the refreshing and tasty Panzanella.
The Panzanella is an Italian salad from Tuscany made with croutons, tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions.
We are gonna have for you 3 different versions:

Vegan - croutons, tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions.

Mozzarella - croutons, tomatoes, mozzarella, cucumbers and red onions.

Mozzarella Anchovies - croutons, tomatoes, mozzarella, anchovies, cucumbers and red onions.
