This Saturday, we're going to release Paragon, Lervig's brand new Barley Wine. It is a blend of different Barley Wines, that have spent at least 1 year in Bourbon barrels.

We're going to have the beer on tap to drink right away and a few bottles to take away too. Another part of the bottles are going straight into our Vintage Cellar to age for some time. It's the perfect beer to be forgotten somewhere in the dark and cold just to rediscover it after 2 to 10 years and see what has happened with it.

We expect the best. But to know how the beer will have changed you need to try it "fresh". That's why we'll have it on tap too. We recommend to make notes about the fresh one and compare it to the bottle you crack up after some ageing.

Of course there will be also a selection of Lervig's great IPAs and Imperial Stouts on tap.

This is NOT a ticketed event, everybody is free to come and enjoy the beers together with us.
