Wir haben unser Brown Porter 'London Porter' 10 Monate lang im Kakaogeist Barrique ausgebaut und können es kaum abwarten, dieses feine Bier am Freitag mit euch zu verkosten.

Freut euch auf ein Brown Porter, das wir auf im Original auf Kakao-Nibs gelagert haben und das mit Noten von dunkler Schokolade und getrockneten Früchten mit hoher Trinkbarkeit überzeugt.

Freitag erstmals bei Birra - Italian Craft Beer am Hahn!

Unser zweites fassgereiftes Bier releasen wir in unserem Bergschloss. Es nennt sich 'Thank you for Smoking' und ist ein Smoked Porter, das wir im 8 Monate lang im Cognac-Fass gelagert haben.

We have aged our Brown Porter 'London Porter' from earlier this year for 10 months in a Cacaogeist Barrel and cannot wait to try this beauty for the first time this coming Friday at our friends from Birra - Italian Craft Beer.

The original was lagered on kakao nibs to impart soft notes of bitter dark chocolate and has exhibited flavours of dried fruits, accompanied by a mild roastiness. The 10 months in the Cacaogeist barrel certainly brought out the best of this beautiful, very drinkable Brown Porter.

Come and try this special beer for the first time at Birra - Italian Craft Beer this Friday.

Our second barrel aged beer will be released in Neukölln at our Bergschloss. It's called 'Thank you for Smoking' and is a Smoked Porter, which we aged in a Cognac Barrel for 8 months.
