Just like last February, Berliner Berg and Fish Klub decided to team up for a night of fresh, organic Oysters and delicious sour & special beers at Bergschloss - Berliner Berg's cosy taproom in Neukölln!

What’s better than spending Valentine’s Day eating tasty oysters paired with delicious brews? The Fish Klub Oysters come from the Atlantic coast and are farmed by a family-owned and operated business. They are not triploïd (non-GMO), grown naturally out at sea in fine de claire in Marennes-d'Oléron.

Perfect in line with this event Berliner Berg will release a super fresh Berliner Weisse on that night, that was loved by many last year. THE SCHILLER WEISSE RETURNS! This beer showcases our Kopfstraße house culture in a delicate and balanced form. Light acidity pairs with complexity achieved through a multifaceted fermentation. Nuances of white grapes coupled with lime zest, soft malt and light floral bouquets all aid to make our Schiller-Weisse the perfect beer to celebrate our Berliner beer tradition with and sip with fresh Oysters!

More about…

Fish Klub stands for making seafood more approachable by selling at a reasonable price and telling a real story behind each product, its producers; and features high-quality products caught by passionate fishermen using sustainable fishing practices. You can find them in their seafood caravan at Markthalle Neun from Thursday to Saturday and soon in their own place!

Every bottle of Berliner Berg stands for traditional brewing culture inspired by the spirit of Berlin. Founded in the capital, Berliner Berg has been brewing extremely drinkable sour- and speciality beers in their Neukölln microbrewery in Kopfstrasse for over two years. With the Bergschloss Series, the brewers present an elaborate demonstration of what sour and more complex beers can be!
