This month at Protokoll we're going to repeat some of our post popular dishes, let's kick the off with these French Dips.
This is one of ones people ask me to do again more than any other and my people get what they want.

Slow cooked and glazed beef, topped with your choice of melted swiss or blue cheese and caramelised onions inside a warm crispy French baguette.
If that wasn't enough you also get some super rich 24 hour beef and bone broth to dip your sanga into.

As usual, you beautiful veggies and vegans are not forgotten here.
Second option is a mushroom french dip, sauteed oyster, king brown, shiitake and champignon mushrooms with lots of garlic and your choice of Swiss, blue or vegan cheese in the same crusty French baguette and instead an intense mushroom broth for dipping

And, of course tasty ass brownies in either Nutella Pecan, Salted Peanut Butter or Rocky Road Flavours
