Coming back to Two Fellas!!
This Friday and Saturday night I'll be putting together some amazing tacos for all you awesome people!

Get on down to Two Fellas for some awesome craft beers and legit tacos.

I've got three varieties on offer and instead of my usual handmade potato crisps, I'll have some handmade corn chips with pico de gallo, salsa verde and salsa roja on top.

The Tacos >>> €8 for one of each:
-Beef Barbacoa, pico de gallo, Salsa verde
-Cochinita Pibil, Yucatan pickled onion, fresh chilli, coriander
-Grilled corn and black bean salsa, avocado, salsa roja, pickled jalapeno

Beef barbacoa - overnight cooked and shredded beef brisket with guajillo chilli, garlic, onion, citrus, tomato

Cochinita Pibil - Slow cooked pork shoulder in a sauce of achiote paste, tequila, lime and orange

Salsa Roja - Roasted tomato salsa with garlic, onion and arbol chilli

Salsa Verde - Tomatillo based salsa with coriander, fresh jalapeno, garlic, mexican oregano

Pico de Gallo - chopped salsa if white onion, coriander, lime, tomato, jalapeno
